UK Mainland
When in stock, luminaires are usually dispatched within 24 hours and sent by courier for next day delivery. Remember courier and packing is completely FREE in the UK. Delivery on items not in stock is usually 2-3 weeks.
Certain special order items may take longer. Delivery will be confirmed upon receipt of your order. You will be notified immediately of any delay, and kept fully informed by email. Our ‘tracking order’ device can also be used.
Whilst we require your payment details when the order is placed, we don’t process payment until your order is ready to dispatch.
European Union

Delivery on items not in stock is 2-3 weeks approx. Certain special order items may take longer. Delivery will be confirmed upon receipt of your order. Outside European Union
Please email us with ltem nos and we will issue a delivery charge based on courier charge within 24 hours
Tax
For customers in the EU, VAT will be charged on all goods delivered. For deliveries outside the EU, our sales are made free of VAT. Customs duties and/or local sales taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
Our experience is that many of our products will still be a great deal cheaper after paying import duty than if they were purchased in your own country
